It is either working 25 minutes and taking a five-minute break or working for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break in between. See what works best for you and then try to stick to it.   • Avoid falling into Temptation

Most people don’t realize that they are partially dehydrated and going on most of the time. Water shortage can impair your ability to concentrate and make good decisions which is neglected by many. The solution to the problem is quite simple; you’ve to drink plenty of water. Drinking water every couple of hours would make a difference in your productivity and focus.

  • Keep a positive mindset about life

If you want to be more productive, then develop a positive outlook on life. Studies have shown that your mindset affects your personality. Adopting a positive mindset, you will accomplish more each day.
