10 ways to groom yourself…

Getting yourself well groomed is something everyone should spend time doing every day. Grooming yourself every day will help you boost confidence and stay healthy. Well groomed person always finds themselves with a positive note on going into their day charged up. Finding a solid routine in place will become a habit to you which will benefit you in the long run.

  1. Wash your face more than twice per day. A morning water rinse will suffice for most skin. Try using gentle cleanser and gently pat your face dry.
  2. Avoid sun and if possible apply moisturizer that matches your skin type. Always pay attention to your skin types. Natural remedies like Aloe Vera are always considered safe in this case.
  3. Manage your facial hair regularly. try plucking out your hair and shaving your facial hair in the same direction as it grows.
  4. Shower everyday if possible. Some may suggest its fine to shower every other day, but depends on whether you’ve been sweating or body odor.  Avoid hot showers – use warm or cold water instead.
  5. Brushing your teeth is an essential component. Doctors suggest twice per day and I is also okay it done in morning but consider washing thoroughly before going to bed. Gently brush your teeth with wet toothbrush and a dollop of toothpaste on the bristles.
  6. After showering or toweling off use an over-the counter antiperspirant or deodorant. both of these help in controlling seat during the day, as well as manage any body odor you have.
  7. Try to wash to hair every other day with shampoo. Use a conditioner after the shampoo to maintain the hair clean and smooth.
  8. Brushing through the hair is common act very one normally do. But never forget to careful comb through your hair to detangle it. Avoid using petroleum based chemicals like wax and gel to style up. Just brushing it regularly can help you.
  9. Keeping your nails short by trimming it on a regular basis is a good habit when it comes to grooming. always trim them with nail cutters and not bite them off with your mouth.
  10.  Check out your nasal passages before you leave the house. After a shower or work you might have fluid or mucus trapped in the sinuses. Clearing them will help you avoid any unwanted method being used in your day.
